CBRE brokers sale of five Lehigh Valley office buildings

Liberty Property Trust has sold a portfolio of five office buildings totaling 152,100 square feet situated on 21 acres in Bethlehem, Pa., to Bethlehem LVCC Associates, LP.

Executive Vice President Michael Hines and Executive Vice President Robert Fahey of the Philadelphia office of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at the Schoenersville Road Exit of Route 22 in the Lehigh Valley Corporate Center, the portfolio includes 1655 and 1685 Valley Center Parkway and 3400, 3450 and 3500 High Point Boulevard. It is currently 91 percent occupied.
