Jacksonville apartment complex sells for $7.12M

A national public real estate investment trust has sold a 208-unit multi-family complex in Jacksonville, Fla., to a limited liability company for $7.12 million.

Stewart Weston, a senior vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap's Long Beach, Calif., office and David Hsieh, an associate in the firm's Jacksonville office represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 7500 Powers Ave., the garden-style community is known as the Pinebrook Apartments and features 14 two-story residential buildings.
