Albuquerque IHOP commands $3.925M

AzDev Properties and Investments has sold a 4,997 square-foot single-tenant net-leased restaurant in Albuquerque, N.M., to a private investor for $3.295 million.

Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office represented the seller in the transaction. Adam Levin of the firm's Palo Alto office represented the buyer.

Located at 2020 Buena Vista Drive Southeast, the building is home to an IHOP and was constructed in 2008.
