Advanced Scientific acquires Huntington Beach industrial center

Advanced Scientific Enterprises, Inc. has purchased a 20,440 square-foot industrial property in Huntington Beach, Calif., for $2.7 million from U4T, LLC.

Michael Bouma of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial Brokerage and Steve Eberle of Eberle Company represented the seller in the transaction. J.R. Williamson of NAI Capital represented the buyer.

Located at 7442 Vincent Circle, the property is a freestanding industrial building.
