Lee & Associates welcomes two to Phoenix office

Lee & Associates has added real estate veterans Ryan Semro and Bret Rinehart to head the land division of its Phoenix, Ariz., office.

Combined the duo has 18 years of experience in the industry, including the last seven years at Scottsdale-based Hogan & Associates. Since 2008, the two have facilitated the sale of over $500 million in land transactions comprising over 30,000 acres and thousands of single family lots.

In their new positions, the team will work on residential land and all stages of residential lots to homebuilders, developers, investors and speculative clients.

Both principals are members of the Urban Land Institute and Pinal County Partnership.
