San Diego apartments sell for $4M

Point Loma Manor, a 35-unit apartment community in San Diego, has been sold by Nimitz Equity of Los Angeles for $4 million to locally-based Enza C, LLC.

Hendricks & Partners represented the seller of the property at 2777 Nimitz Blvd., northwest of downtown San Diego.

The property, built in 1961, consists of 34 one-bedroom units ranging from 530 to 620 square feet and one three-bedroom unit of approximately 1,500 square feet. In addition, the property amenities include a swimming pool and on-site laundry facilities
