Holway joins Hendricks & Partners

Hendricks & Partners has welcomed Ric Holway as a partner in its Phoenix, Ariz., office.

In his new position, Holway will provide acquisition, disposition and other advisory services to multi-family investors and operators throughout Phoenix and the Southwest region.

Holway, a 17-year veteran of multi-family sales with a national investment brokerage competitor, has closed transactions representing over a billion dollars in total sales volume in the Phoenix area.
