Rancho Cucamonga retail center sells for $11M

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Day Creek Investors, LLC, has sold 25,002 square feet of retail shops in Rancho Cucamonga for $11 million to Towne Park Plaza L.P.

Jeff Conover of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller in the transaction.

Known as Day Creek Village and located at 12223-12273 Highland Ave., the property is anchored by a Ralphs Supermarket. Other tenants include Wells Fargo, UPS, Starbucks, Supercuts, Hollywood Video and Marble Slab Creamery.
