New La Jolla office building on the market for $4.2M

Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial has been hired to market and sell a 2,878-square-foot office building in La Jolla, Calif., for $4.25 million.

Mike Slattery and Erika Kruse of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial are representing the seller in the sale.
