CBRE to market New Jersey office building

CB Richard Ellis has been named the leasing agent for a 365,000-square-foot office building in Warren, N.J., on behalf of its owner, a partnership under the control of Hanover Real Estate Partners.

CBRE's Geoffrey Schubert and Sam Buckley, senior vice presidents, will be marketing the property.

Located at 184 Liberty Corner Road, the building sits in the heart of Somerset County and was built in 1984. It was originally custom built for AT&T Labs and has more than 100,000 square feet of raised-floor area and offers the highest-level of electric and data capacity found anywhere in the state.
