New owner for Houston Burger King

A California private investor has purchased a 3,390-square-foot restaurant in Houston, Texas, from a limited liability company.

Ed Benton and Monte Lowery, of Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, represented the seller in the transaction, while Stephen Sauter in Marcus & Millichap's Palo Alto office represented the buyer.

Located at 7802 Highway 6 North and home to a Burger King chain, the property was built in 1990 and sits on 1.24 acres of land.
