Loma Linda, Calif. retail store sells for $2.865M

Downtown Gateway has purchased a 15,000-square-foot single-tenant Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market in Loma Linda, Calif., from Downtown Gateway for $2.865 million.

Edward B. Hanley of Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 25694 Redlands Blvd., the property is situated on 2.1 acres and was built in 2009.
