California multi-family commands over $9.75M


Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of a 48,457-square-foot apartment complex in Valley Village, Calif., for $9.7525 million.

Jeffrey Louks, a senior vice president investments with Marcus & Millichap's Encino office, and Vince Norris, an agent from Hendricks and Partners, represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 5717 Laurel Canyon Blvd., and known as The Sedona on Laurel Apartments, the complex consists of 54 units and was built in 1986. It is located on the west side of Laurel Canyon between Burbank Boulevard and Oxnard Street in the city of Valley Village.
