Cushman & Wakefield to market Washington Plaza

Cushman & Wakefield has been named the leasing agent for Washington Plaza, a 200,000-square-foot, office building in Piscataway, N.J.

The firm's Robert Dinner, Curtis Foster and Michael A. Gordon are marketing the property.

Located at 1551 South Washington Ave., the four-story Washington Plaza serves as home to Fortune 500 and technology tenants, including IBM, Revlon and Paychex. Units are available from 4,500 to 26,000 square feet. The owner is renovating Washington Plaza's two-story glass atrium lobby and the building's common areas.
