Marcus & Millichap sells two Washington apartment properties

A limited liability company has sold a three-building apartment complex in University Place, Wash., for $1.29 million.

Brandon Grisham, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office, represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 7703 27th Street West and known as Windsor Square Apartments, the buildings consist of 22 units and are on one parcel to the north of 27th Street West.

In a separate transaction, Marcus & Millichap also sold the nearby 32-unit apartment complex located in University Place for $2.725 million. Grisham represented the seller in this transaction as well.

Located at 7623 27th Street West and known as WestWind Apartments, there are a total of six buildings, three of apartments and three of detached garages.
