Arcadia multi-family commands $1.075M

A private investor has purchased a 4,128-square-foot apartment complex in Arcadia, Calif., from a limited liability company for $1.075 million.

Priscilla Nee, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's West Los Angeles office, represented the seller in the transaction. Eric Chen and Kevin Struve, investment specialists in the firm's Ontario office represented the buyer.

Located at 747 Southview Road, the building contains five units and was constructed in 1960.
