Equity Residential selling two San Pedro apartment complexes for $45.5M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell two apartment communities totaling 21,844 square feet in San Pedro, Calif., for a listing price of $45.5 million, on behalf of the seller, Equity Residential.

Greg Harris, executive vice president investments and a senior director of the firm's National Multi Housing Group in Encino, and Ron Harris, senior vice president investments and a senior director of NMHG in Los Angeles, are representing the seller in the transaction.

Located at 1286 and 1099 W. Capital Drive and built in 1984 and 1987 respectively, the complexes are known as Harbor View and Bay Ridge and total 220 units. The two communities are being offered as a portfolio or may be purchased separately.
