Cassidy & Pinkard to market D.C. office building

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has been hired to market and lease a 242,000-square-foot, 12-story office building located in Washington D.C., on behalf of the landlord, ASB Real Estate.

Phillip Thomas, Kerri Mulligan Salih and William Stern of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers will market the property.

Located at 455 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, the 12-story office building is situated in the East End submarket and was constructed in 2008.

Tenants in the building include the law firm of Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC and The Council of Large Public Housing Authorities.
