Grubb & Ellis to market Sacramento office building

Grubb & Ellis Co. has been hired to market and sell an approximately 126,000-square-foot office building in Sacramento, Calif.

Edward Suharski, Steven Golubchik and Seth McKinnon of the San Francisco office will be marketing the property.

Located at 10000 Goethe Road, the two-story building was constructed in 1997 and sits on roughly 10 acres of land within the master-planned South Bradshaw Business Center.

The property is 100 percent leased to the State of California on a long-term basis.
