Washington multi-family sells for $1.2M

Jesse L. Coombs has sold a 21,060-square-foot apartment complex in Kelso, Wash., to David L. Nelson for $1.2 million.

Grayson Pounder of the Portland office of Hendricks & Partners represented both parites in the transaction.

Located at 1420 Pacific Avenue North, the property is known as Cowlitz River Duplexes and contains 26 units. It was constructed in 1971.
