Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers facilitates sale of Maryland office building

The JBG Companies have purchased a 228,020-square-foot Class A office building located in Rockville, Md.

Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, James Cassidy and Jud Ryan of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at the intersection of I-270 and Shady Grove Road, the property is known as One Choke Cherry and was developed in 2004. The building is 100 percent leased to the GSA-Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Association, a Federal Agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
