Colliers International welcomes Dulany to Phoenix office

Colliers International-Greater Phoenix has added Tim Dulany as an associate vice president in its Scottsdale, Ariz., office.

Dulany, who has more than 15 years experience in commercial real estate, specializes in the sale and leasing of office, medical and investment properties. He has represented more than 450 companies and investors to purchase, develop or lease real estate, and he has sold over 350 owner/user properties and 43 medical condo projects.

Prior to joining Colliers, Dulany was a principal and associate broker with Landmark TCN in Phoenix for four years. Before that, he worked with NAI Horizon, Cavan/Logan Commercial and Grubb & Ellis in metro Phoenix. He began in the industry with Colliers International's Minnesota office before moving to Phoenix in late 1997.

Dulany received his bachelor's degree from Iowa State University.
