Green comes aboard Grubb & Ellis

Grubb & Ellis Co. has welcomed Thomas Green as a vice president of its Industrial Group.

In his new position, he will concentrate on the Southern New Jersey market.

Green joins the company from First Industrial Realty Trust, where he was an investment officer responsible for acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Philadelphia and Baltimore/Washington regions.

During his three years in this role, he acquired $49 million of industrial buildings totaling 1.4 million square feet. Prior to that, Green was with First Industrial as a senior marketing and leasing manager. He also worked at Equis Corporation as a transaction manager and then as an account manager

Green holds an M.B.A. from Temple University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
