CBRE to market Central Pennsylvania portfolio

CB Richard Ellis has been hired to market and lease a 620,000-square-foot office portfolio in Pennsylvania, residing within three corporate office parks, on behalf of its owner, Corporate Gateway, LP.

CBRE's Greater Philadelphia Harrisburg office brokerage team consisting of First Vice President Jeremy S. Shyk and Associate Michael J. Curran will be leasing the property on behalf of the owner.

"We are very excited about the opportunity to work with Corporate Gateway, LP," Shyk said. "This portfolio represents a major presence in the Harrisburg marketplace. Gateway Corporate Center, Commerce Park and Rossmoyne Business Park offer excellent opportunities for office tenants."
