Marcus & Millichap facilitates sale of California multi-family

A private investor has purchased a 23-unit apartment complex in Mission Hills, Calif., for $2.35 million.

Michael Hanassab and Elliot Hassan, investment specialists in the downtown Los Angeles office of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 9939 Sepulveda Blvd., the 23 units represents a unit mix of eight studios, eight one-bed/one-bath units, four two-bed/two-bath units and four one-bedroom townhouse style units, with a total of 23 parking spaces.
