Voit closes three Orange County industrial properties

Voit Commercial Brokerage has closed three industrial sale transactions totaling $9 million in Orange County, Calif.

LPC Fullerton sold 29,070 square feet of land to Contract Carpet for $4.8 million. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit's Commercial Brokerage Anaheim Metro office represented the seller in the transaction. Brian DeRevere and Ryan Peterson of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer. The property is located at 850 Enterprise St., Suite 6 in Fullerton, Calif.

In another transaction, The Setbisium Trust sold an 18,900-square-foot industrial building to Landmax Group, LLC for $2.9 million. Michael Cargile, Loren Cargile and Kevin Bayless of Voit's Commercial Brokerage Irvine office represented the seller in the transaction. Greg Velastegui also of Voit's Irvine office, represented the buyer. The property is located at 151 Columbine Ave. in Santa Ana, Calif.

Finally, KPM Spectrum, LP sold a 4,637-square-foot industrial property to Staminus Communication, Inc., for $1.3 million. Michael Hartel, Kevin Turner, Joseph Winkelmann and Travis Haining of Voit's Irvine office represented the seller in the transaction. Sam Saeedi of Optimal Portfolio Real Estate Ground represented the buyer. The property is in Koll Center 3, which is located at 9253 Research Drive in Irvine, Calif. off Interstate 5 freeway at Bake Parkway. Koll Center 3 is approximately 60-percent sold with only 24 buildings still for sale.
