5/3/2009Grubb & Ellis to market Roseville industrial center
by Grubb & Ellis Co. has been hired to market and lease approximately 10,000 square feet of industrial space in Roseville, Calif., on behalf of Kemper Properties. Matt Cologna, Dave Hornbeck and Bryce MacDonald of the firm's Sacramento office is marketing the building. Located at 501 Derek Place, the property is one of the only sustainable designed industrial buildings in the Sacramento area. The property has approximately 10,000 square feet of space available, which can be divided into four 2,500-square-foot units. The building's features include solar light tubes, hydronic heated floors that use solar heated water to modulate temperature, insulated concrete forms and dual pane windows.
