Marcus & Millichap to market five California car washes

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell a five-property car wash portfolio in California for a listing price of $18.2 million.

Sonny Bains, a net-leased properties specialist in the firm's Sacramento office, is representing the seller in the transaction.

The five Quick Quack Car Wash properties consist of:

-6,459 square feet at 1300 Prairie City Rd., # B in Folsom.
-4,027 square feet at 3436 Northgate Blvd. in Sacramento.
-4,052 square feet at 3050 Sunrise Blvd. in Rancho Cordova.
-3,786 square feet at 7145 Watt Ave. in North Highlands.
-3,972 square feet at 8017 Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights.

Quick Quack Car Wash was ranked as one of the top 50 car washes in the United States in 2007 by Modern Car Care magazine.

The portfolio is available as a sale/leaseback opportunity. All the leases are 20-year absolute-net leases with 2 percent annual increases.
