New Jersey medical center comes to market

CB Richard Ellis has been hired to market and lease a 170,000-square-foot medical building in Freehold, N.J., on behalf of the owner.

The firm's Suzanne Macnow, first vice president, and John Goodwin, senior associate, will be marketing the property.

Adjoined to the CentraState Medical Center, the property is located at 901 West Main St., just off Routes 9 and 33 with convenient accessibility to Route 18, Route 195 and the Garden State Parkway. The facility offers state-of-the art amenities such as a conference center for lectures and events, abundant parking, 24-hour security, a fitness center, a full-service cafe, an on-site pharmacy and childcare services.
