Grubb & Ellis to market Alameda office building

Grubb & Ellis Co. has been hired to market and sell a 64,000-square-foot office building in Alameda, Calif., on behalf of the building's owner.

Edward Suharski, Stephen Golubchik and Seth McKinnon of the firm's San Francisco office are marketing the property.

Located at 1650 Harbor Bay Parkway, the property consists of two stories situated on approximately 3.7 acres of land. It was constructed in 2001. The property is accessible via the newly constructed Ron Cowan Parkway on Interstate 880, linking it with Oakland, San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. It is currently 89 percent occupied.
