Kasower Properties acquires L.A. office building for $7M

Kasower Properties purchased a two-story office building in the Calabasas Commerce Center for $7 million from Arden Realty.

Lee Associates represented Arden Realty while Sperry Van Ness represented Kasower, which will house a credit and financial information provider business in the facility.

The 26,660-square-foot building is located at 26010 Mureau Rd. in Calabasas.

The building was one of four placed on the market by Arden Realty in late 2008. One sold quickly, and two others remain available: a 25,419-square-foot building at 26115 Mureau Rd. and a 46,321-square-foot, fully-leased building at 26025 Mureau Rd.
