RBJ to market 400,000-square-foot office space in Massachusetts

Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC has been hired to market and lease a 400,000-square-foot office building in Wayland, Mass., on behalf of the building's owner, KGI Properties, LLC.

The RBJ team of John Lashar, Jonathan Varholak, Brian McKenzie, Ron Friedman and Paul Leone will be marketing the property.

Located at 400-440 Boston Post Road and known as the Wayland Business Center, the building sits in the heart of the 128 West submarket, near the intersection of Routes 20 and 27 and approximately four miles from Route 128. The building is comprised of two floors and is situated on 55 acres of land. A 10,400-square-foot outbuilding complements the main building.
