Grubb & Ellis to market 279-acre mixed-use development in Texas

Grubb & Ellis Co. has been asked to market and lease the first-phase office component of a 279-acre, mixed-use development in North Fort Worth, Texas, by the development's owner, Fine Line Diversified Development and its developer, Interra Development Group, LLC.

Jim Vanderslice, Kathy Permenter and Chris Wright of Grubb & Ellis' Dallas office will handle leasing the property.

Located at the southwest corner of Interstate 35 West and Highway 114, The Champions Circle development will include retail, office, hospitality, entertainment, town center, multi-family and residential space. The office component of the project is projected to have approximately 1 million square feet of high quality multi-tenant office space, as well as large, attractive sites for corporate campus users.

Champions Circle currently features a Marriott conference center hotel and a Greg Norman signature golf course. Both provide key amenities for the area and will be an integral part of this mixed-use development. At completion, Champions Circle is expected to provide nearly 3 million square feet of mixed-use commercial building space.
