A limited liability company has sold a 66,732-square-foot, single-tenant, net-leased retail property in Cathedral City, Calif., for $12.1 million.

Martin Cohan and Joshua Levy, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's West Los Angeles office, represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 36850 Pickfair St., and known as The Mary Pickford Cineplex, the building was constructed in 2001.
