Marcus & Millichap sells Florida CarMax Center

A Pinellas County developer has purchased a 4,160-square foot, single-tenant. net-leased retail property in Bradenton, Fla., from a limited liability company for $1.395 million.

Michael Jaworski, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 3808 West 14th St. and home to a CarMax Buying Center, the property is an out-parcel to Centre Pointe Commons, anchored by Lowe's and Best Buy.
