Grubb & Ellis to market Oakland office park

Grubb & Ellis has been hired to market and sell four two-story office buildings totaling nearly 205,000 square feet in Oakland, Calif.

Edward Suharski, Steven Golubchik and Seth McKinnon of the company's San Francisco office are marketing the property.

Known as Edgewater Park Plaza, the buildings are located at 7700 Edgewater Drive and are currently home to more than 50 tenants, including the American Postal Workers Union and Girl Scouts of America. The grounds include landscaped courtyards and water features that create an inviting business park environment. It was constructed in 1976.
