New owner for California Jack in the Box

Kea Lani Investments has sold a 2,816-square-foot Jack in the Box restaurant in Lake Forest, Calif., for $2.25 million.

Hamid Soroudi of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyer in the transaction. Faris Lee Investments represented the seller.

The restaurant is located at 20101 Lake Forest Drive.
