Hendricks & Partners sell two Carlsbad multi-families

Barker Family Trust has sold two Carlsbad, Calif., apartment complexes to Glenn L. Goldman Family Trust. The 8,652-square-foot Oak Villa Apartments went for $1.34 million, while the 13-unit Jefferson Apartments went for an undisclosed price.

David Andrews of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners represented both parties in the transactions.

Located at 3095 Harding St., the Oak Villa Apartments is comprised of three studio units and six two-bedroom, one-bathroom units. Located at 3110-3132 Jefferson St., the Jefferson Apartments is comprised of one studio unit, eight one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, and four two-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
