Georgia multi-family complex sells for $4.56M

Embassy Group has purchased a 128-unit apartment complex in Stockbridge, Ga., from Brad Bradford Realty for $4.56 million.

Chris Spain, Larry Orr, David Gutting, Mike Kemether, Nathan Swenson, David Wagner, Brandon Whitesell, and Steve West of Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office represented both parties in the transaction.

The complex is located at 5220 N. Henry Blvd., and is known as Cobblestone Village. It is situated on 12.79 acres and is near I-675 and I-75. The units feature spacious floor plans with sunrooms. Onsite amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and cardio-fitness center. It was constructed in 1989.
