Hendricks & Partners facilitates sale of Texas multi-family complex

Trost Living Trust of Dallas, Texas has purchased a 200-unit apartment complex in Sherman, Texas from Centerline Servicing Inc./Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Trustee for DLJ 2000 CKP1.

Tom Burns and Jay Gunn of the Dallas office of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 301 Highway 1417 N., the complex is known as the Woodbridge Apartments.
