Moran & Company adds Howard for D.C. expansion

Moran & Company has added Randal W. Howard as regional partner of the firm's Mid-Atlantic region.

In his new position, Howard will lead Moran & Company's expansion in the important Washington, D.C. market. He will assemble a team of professionals in keeping with the full-service approach taken by the company's other regional offices.

Previously, Howard worked at Keystone Realty Capital, a real estate capital markets firm he co-founded in 2004. Prior to that, Howard spent nearly 20 years with Eastdil Secured, where he oversaw the formation and operation of the firm's Washington, D.C. office as its managing partner.

Throughout his 28-year career Howard has had primary or oversight responsibility for more than $12 billion in real estate transactions encompassing a variety of asset classes including multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office and hospitality.

Howard received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Davis.
