HFF arranges $13.6M refinancing for San Francisco retail center

Kimco Realty Corp. has refinanced its Novato Fair Shopping Center with $13.6 million in financing arranged by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

The 133,860-square-foot retail center in Novato, Calif., is located on 11.2 acres about 30 miles north of San Francisco.

It is occupied by anchor tenants including Safeway, Rite Aid, Big Lots, and Pet Food Express. The center is located at the convergence Redwood Boulevard, Novato Boulevard and Diablo Avenue, three highly traveled streets in Novato.
