Hendricks & Partners brokers sale of San Diego apartment community

Allen Weiss of Las Vegas has added San Diego's 16-unit Wilson Avenue Apartments to his earlier purchase of a nearby eight-unit community.

Weiss was represented by Hendricks & Partners in the $1.6 million transaction. He is planning an extensive rehabilitation project for the property at 4740 Wilson Ave., which will upgrade the building and raise the rents to market level.

The seller was the estate of Pietro Diotallevi of Reno, Nev.

The property is in the Normal Heights section of San Diego and is not far from an eight-unit complex Weiss recently purchased at 4572 34th St.
