Keystone promotes Ergas

Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. has promoted Michael Ergas from accounts receivable associate to insurance coordinator in its Irvine, Calif. office.

In his new position, Ergas will track and prepare insurance documents for community association clients. He will also evaluate and verifiy that all necessary licenses, insurance certificates and other logistical documents provided by vendors are current.

Ergas has been with the Keystone Pacific team since 2006.
