Denver multi-family sells for $2.12M

Winbro Investors LLC has sold a 66-unit apartment community in Denver, Colo., to 1620 Grant Street, LLC, for $2.12 million.

Frank Farrell of the Denver office of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Located on Grant Street and known as the Winbro, the complex is a classic 1930s building located in one of Denver's hottest submarkets three blocks from downtown Denver. The buyer intends to make extensive capital improvements.
