CBRE Promotes Anastasi

Miss Anastasi

CB Richard Ellis has promoted Maureen Anastasi to managing director, brokerage in its Philadelphia, Pa., office.

In her new position, Anastasi will develop pursuit strategies and assist clients with creative ways to fully leverage the breadth of CBRE's integrated service lines. She will work closely with Robert Walters to support CBRE's local sales professionals and teams with a particular focus on agency, tenant representation and corporate services.

Anastasi joined CBRE in 2007 as director of marketing and has made significant contributions to the growth and success of the firm's Greater Philadelphia operations. She has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience.

Prior to joining CBRE, Maureen worked for JMB Properties Company in Philadelphia as a senior vice president and regional leasing director for nine office properties totaling 2.3 million square feet. She began her career in Chicago as a commercial real estate broker with Rubloff, Inc.

Anastasi is a magna cum laude graduate from St. Mary's College/Notre Dame.
