California industrial building sells for more than $3.36M

Forming Specialties, Inc. has purchased a 40,041-square-foot industrial building in Compton, Calif., from Edison, LLC for $3,360,348.

Warren Noack, Kimberly Noack and Craig Summers of NAI Capital's South Bay office represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 1309 W. Walnut Parkway, the property is situated on 79,274 square feet of land.
