NAI Hanson to market New Jersey medical office

NAI Hanson has been selected to market and lease or sell a new 24,500-square-foot office building addition to the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center in Hackettstown, N.J.

Darren M. Lizzack, associate vice president, and Robert Borny, sales associate, will be marketing the property.

Located at 651 Willow Grove St., the building should be completed by October 2010. The new Class-A medical office facility will be located directly adjacent to a recently developed hospital campus office building and is conveniently accessible from Routes 46 and 80. It will feature state-of-the-art amenities, including a rooftop mounted HVAC system, duct work channeled to each individual space, perimeter demised walls, common area restrooms, gurney-sized elevators, handicap accessibility and a vestibule entrance.
