Grubb & Ellis to market California office campus

The Campus at Sorrento Gateway
Grubb & Ellis Co. has been hired to market and lease a 172,778-square-foot office campus in Sorrento Mesa, Calif., on behalf of the landlord, Kilroy Realty Corporation.

Brad Tecca, Brian Driscoll, SIOR, and Brett Ward, LEED AP of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, will market the property on behalf of the landlord

The complex is known as The Campus at Sorrento Gateway, located at 5005 and 5010 WateridgeVista Drive. It is situated above Interstates 5 and 805 and is considered San Diego's premier scalable corporate office project, offering both short- and long-term lease options. The campus sits on approximately 21.5 acres of land and is ideal for both large and medium-size companies. The project also features a parking ratio of four parking spaces per 1,000 square feet and is expandable to over five parking spaces per 1,000 square feet.
