Marcus & Millichap facilitate sale of $2 million Seattle retail property

A limited liability company has purchased a 3,529 square-foot retail property in Seattle, Wash., for $2 million.

Blake Rodgers, Daniel Swanson and Dino Christophilis, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office represented the buyer in the transaction.

The property is located at 8345 15th Ave, NW and is known as Crown Hill Retail.
